Who we are
Owens Enterprises LLC is a privately held operating and holding company organized in the State of Wyoming and based in Casper. We are not a fund and we are not an agency. We are an operator: we create software products, run them day to day, and put our own capital to work in real estate and early-stage companies.
What we do
Build. Through our Software and AI Consultancy, we design and ship software and AI products for a small number of partners, end to end. We take on few engagements so each one gets real attention. This website is our own work.
Operate. We own and run our own software and internet businesses, including Giin, VillaDemand, and PickProphecy. Each operates under its own brand and its own terms; Owens Enterprises is the operator behind them.
Invest. We invest in and develop real estate as a principal, and we back early-stage startups, in both cases with our own capital. Nothing we publish is an offer of securities or a solicitation of investment.
Advise. For the founders we back, we provide hands-on operating support drawn from the experience of building and running our own products.
How we work
We keep a small footprint and a long view. We would rather own a few things well than many things loosely. We move quickly, we build for ourselves before we build for anyone else, and we hold what we make.
