Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Owens Enterprises LLC handles information in connection with this website. We have built this Site to collect as little as possible.
1. Scope
This Policy applies only to owens-enterprises.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Owens Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Owens Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). It does not apply to our separately operated products, including Giin, VillaDemand, and PickProphecy, each of which has its own privacy policy, or to any third-party website we link to.
2. Information we collect
Information you choose to give us. The Site does not provide registration or web forms. If you contact us using an email link on the Site, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message, along with any information you choose to include. Please do not send us sensitive personal information or anything you wish to keep confidential.
Information collected automatically. Like virtually all websites, when you visit, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process limited technical data needed to serve and secure the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type and settings, device and operating system information, referring pages, and the date and time of your request. This data is used for delivery, security, and aggregate diagnostics, and is not used by us to identify you personally.
Analytics and advertising. As of the effective date, the Site uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no behavioral profiling. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this Policy.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting and network provider may set strictly necessary cookies or process similar technical signals to operate, secure, and optimize delivery of the Site. Because we rely on strictly necessary technologies and do not run advertising trackers, the Site does not present a consent banner; you can also control cookies through your browser settings.
4. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service. Where required by law, our legal bases include our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and communicating with people who contact us, performance of steps taken at your request, your consent where you voluntarily contact us, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with: service providers that host the Site, route email, manage our domain, and provide security, who process data on our behalf; professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary; authorities or other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property or those of others; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your inquiry, meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and protecting our rights. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship and records, and is then deleted or archived in the ordinary course.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including delivering the Site over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
8. International users
Owens Enterprises is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from and hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country, and you consent to that processing.
9. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to contact us and to limit the information you include if you do. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to portability. To make a request, email support@owens-enterprises.com; we will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
California. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. California residents may exercise applicable rights by contacting us as described above and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
EEA and UK. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our processing relies on the legal bases described in Section 4.
10. Do Not Track
Because the Site does not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals. We honor your browser cookie controls as described above.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site links to our products and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the effective date. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
14. Contact
Questions or requests regarding this Policy may be sent to support@owens-enterprises.com, or by mail to Owens Enterprises LLC, 312 W. 2nd St., #2514, Casper, WY 82601, USA.
